The flat pack system provides an economical option where we provide detailed drawings and assembly procedure so that the labeled framing components can be snapped together without measuring. These components are lightweight, won’t warp – like timber does, and are built from the highest quality galvanized or Zincalume cold rolled and formed steel. They are precision cut, punched and swaged.

Pre-fabricated panels reduce on site labor costs and weather delays. It minimizes onsite pilfering and virtually eliminates the need to plumb walls prior to plastering. Construction of the overall project is cut down by weeks because erection of frames and trusses only take days.

These detailed plans are produced quickly and accurately from your architectural drawings using a specialized computer software system adopting Australian standards and the Building Code of Australia. This in turn calculates loads, spans, spacing, batten positioning, wind categories, bracing requirements and fixing details. This system generates cutting lists (reducing waste in materials) whilst producing high strength and structural integrity.

We can provide factory-punched holes at convenient locations in both horizontal and vertical directions to allow for installation of plumbing and electrical wiring. Plastic grommets can be provided to avoid metal-to-metal contacts between services and framing.

We can supply you with a fully engineered frame system, with all the necessary fastening components and bracing.
We also offer on time, to site crane delivery.
